Trademark Policy

The following marks are trademarks and/or service marks owned or controlled by The Perez Code:

• SpeakEasy AI
• Royal Glow
• PerezCode+
• PerezFans
• PerezHub
• VPro Agency
• Perez Ventures
• Code Gold
• Perez Premium

All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on our platforms are the property of their respective owners. Use of any mark without the express written permission of the owner is strictly prohibited.

When referencing The Perez Code trademarks, you must:

• Use the mark as an adjective, not as a noun or verb
• Include the appropriate trademark symbol (™ or ®) on first use in any materials
• Use the mark in its exact form — do not abbreviate, hyphenate, or alter
• Attribute ownership to The Perez Code in a reasonable location
• Distinguish the mark from surrounding text using capitalization, bold, or italics

You may not:

• Use any Perez trademark in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without written permission
• Use marks in a manner that dilutes their distinctiveness or harms the brand
• Register domain names containing Perez trademarks without authorization
• Use marks in connection with illegal, deceptive, or unethical activities
• Combine Perez trademarks with other marks to create co-branded terms

You may use Perez trademarks to refer to our products and services in truthful, non-misleading ways such as in reviews, commentary, or news reporting, provided you comply with these guidelines. Any other use requires a separate written license agreement.
