Community Guidelines

The Perez Code community is a space for learning, growth, collaboration, and mutual support. We are committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment for all members regardless of background, experience level, or perspective. These guidelines apply to all community spaces including forums, comment sections, chat channels, membership areas, and social media interactions.

Treat all community members with respect and dignity. Disagreements are natural, but personal attacks, insults, derogatory language, and dismissive behavior are not tolerated. Assume good faith and give others the benefit of the doubt. Constructive feedback is welcome when delivered thoughtfully and respectfully.

Do not use community spaces for unsolicited self-promotion, advertising, or spam. This includes posting affiliate links, promoting competing products or services, or repeatedly sharing your own content without contributing value. Limited, relevant self-promotion may be allowed in designated areas or with prior approval.

Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, and bullying in any form are strictly prohibited. This includes content that promotes or glorifies violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic. We have zero tolerance for predatory or threatening behavior.

Do not post, share, or promote any content that violates applicable laws or regulations. This includes pirated software, copyrighted materials without permission, fraud, illegal substances, or instructions for illegal activities. Respect intellectual property rights at all times.

When posting content in community spaces:

• Keep content relevant to the community's purpose and focus
• Do not share confidential or private information without consent
• Do not impersonate community leaders, staff, or other members
• Do not share information that could compromise security or privacy
• Use appropriate language and avoid explicit, offensive, or NSFW content

Our moderation team reviews reported content and activities. Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• A warning or reminder of the guidelines
• Temporary suspension from community participation
• Permanent removal from the community
• Termination of membership or account access
• Reporting to law enforcement for serious violations

Moderation decisions are made at our discretion and are final. We strive to be fair and consistent in our enforcement.

To report a community guideline violation, email systems@theperezcode.com or use the report functionality available in community spaces. Include details about the violation and any relevant links or evidence. Reports are reviewed promptly and handled confidentially.
