Chargeback Policy
Last updated: July 2, 2026
1. Chargeback Dispute Process
A chargeback occurs when a cardholder disputes a transaction with their issuing bank. We take chargebacks seriously and have established procedures to handle them fairly. If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect, we encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue promptly. Most billing issues can be resolved without involving your bank.
2. Evidence Requirements
In the event of a chargeback, we will provide the following evidence to the financial institution:
- Proof of transaction authorization and processing
- Delivery confirmation for digital products (download logs, access records)
- Our refund policy agreed to at checkout
- Communication records related to the transaction
- Terms of Service acceptance records
3. Account Suspension
Filing a chargeback will result in an immediate suspension of access to the disputed product or service, as well as your account pending resolution. This protects both parties during the investigation process. If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, we will restore access. If we determine the chargeback was filed in error, we will work to reinstate your account.
4. Fraud Prevention
We employ fraud detection measures to identify and prevent fraudulent transactions. These measures include:
- AVS (Address Verification System) checks
- CVV verification requirements
- Velocity checks for multiple transactions
- IP geolocation analysis
- Device fingerprinting
- Manual review of high-risk transactions
5. Consequences of Chargebacks
Accounts with a history of chargebacks may be subject to:
- Permanent account closure
- Prohibition from future purchases
- Referral to collections for amounts owed
- Reporting to consumer credit agencies
6. Contact Us First
