License Agreement

Last updated: July 2, 2026

1. License Grant

When you purchase a digital product from The Perez Code — including templates, frameworks, SOPs, eBooks, courses, software, or tools — you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that product for your personal or internal business purposes. This license is granted solely to you, the original purchaser, and does not extend to any other individual or entity.

2. Scope of Use

Depending on the specific product and license type purchased, you may be permitted to:
  • Use the product for your own business operations
  • Modify the product for your own use (where applicable)
  • Access the product on multiple devices owned by you
  • Print or download the product for your personal use
Your license terms are specified at the point of purchase and may vary by product. Some products may include extended licenses for agencies or teams at an additional cost.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:
  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the product with third parties
  • Use the product to create competing products or services
  • Make the product available to the public (e.g., on file-sharing sites, public repositories)
  • Use the product in a way that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, copyright notices, or license terms
  • Transfer your license to another person or entity without written consent

4. Intellectual Property Retention

All intellectual property rights in and to the product — including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents — remain the exclusive property of The Perez Code or its licensors. This license agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. Your right to use the product is conditioned on your compliance with this agreement.

5. Term and Termination

This license is effective from the date of purchase and continues until terminated. The license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product and destroy all copies in your possession. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

6. No Warranty

Digital products are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the products will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free. Your use of any product is at your own risk.
