Shipping Policy

Digital products — including downloadable templates, frameworks, SOPs, eBooks, courses, and software — are delivered electronically immediately upon payment confirmation. You will receive an email with download instructions and a link to access your purchase within your account dashboard. In rare cases of delayed delivery, please contact systems@theperezcode.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Physical products are shipped within 5-7 business days after order confirmation and payment verification. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We ship via USPS and FedEx, and delivery options are selected based on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout. Tracking information will be provided via email once the order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or import taxes for international orders. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit once the carrier confirms delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage and contact the carrier directly. For lost packages, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. By placing an international order, you consent to the shipment of your order internationally and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
