Membership Terms

The Perez Code offers recurring membership subscriptions (including but not limited to PerezCode+ and PerezFans) that provide access to exclusive content, features, tools, and community benefits. Membership plans, pricing, and included features are described on our pricing page and are subject to change as described below.

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select at checkout (monthly or annual). Your billing date is based on the date of initial purchase. If a billing date falls on a weekend or holiday, you may be charged on the next business day. All fees are charged in USD unless otherwise noted.

All membership subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. By purchasing a membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the recurring subscription fee at the then-current rate. You will receive a receipt for each renewal charge.

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the subscription management section, or by emailing systems@theperezcode.com with a cancellation request. Upon cancellation:

• Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
• You will retain access to member benefits through the remainder of the paid period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period

You retain full access to all member-only content, features, tools, and community areas throughout the entirety of your paid billing period, even after cancellation. At the end of the billing period, your access will be downgraded to free-tier access unless you renew.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove membership features and benefits at any time. If we make material changes that substantially reduce the value of your membership, we will provide notice via email. Significant feature additions may result in price adjustments for new members, with existing members grandfathered at their current rate for a specified period.

We may change membership pricing with 30 days notice. Notice will be provided via email. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel before the new rate takes effect. Continued membership after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
