By using our platforms, you agree to comply with this policy. We reserve the right to take appropriate action for violations, including account suspension or termination.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our platforms or services for any of the following:
- Illegal Use: Any activity that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations
- Unauthorized Sharing: Sharing, distributing, or reselling purchased digital products, account credentials, or member-only content
- Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any software, framework, or tool provided through our ecosystem
- Abuse: Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or abusing other users, members, or staff
- System Interference: Attempting to disrupt, degrade, or impair the functionality of our platforms
- Unauthorized Access: Accessing or attempting to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization

- Impersonation: Impersonating The Perez Code staff, other users, or any third party
3. Content Standards
When posting, uploading, or sharing content on our platforms (including community forums, comments, or profiles), you agree that your content will:

- Not contain defamatory, obscene, or offensive material
- Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
- Not violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor any content or activity on our platforms. We may investigate any reported violation and take appropriate action, which may include:

- Pursuing legal action for damages
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to systems@theperezcode.com. Provide as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation, the user or content involved, and any evidence. All reports will be investigated promptly.
