Merchant Policies
Last updated: July 2, 2026
1. Merchant of Record
The Perez Code serves as the merchant of record for all transactions processed through our ecosystem. This means we are the entity responsible for processing payments, handling customer service related to transactions, managing refunds and chargebacks, and ensuring compliance with all applicable financial regulations.
2. Billing Currency
All transactions on the Perez Code ecosystem are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If your payment method is denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees and exchange rates. The final amount charged in your local currency will depend on your provider's exchange rate and any applicable fees.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods through our payment processor, RevenueCat:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other major credit and debit cards
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)
- Some digital wallets and payment methods depending on your location
4. Receipt Delivery
Upon successful completion of a transaction, you will receive an electronic receipt via the email address associated with your account or provided at checkout. Receipts include transaction details such as the date, amount, product or service purchased, and a transaction ID. You can also access your purchase history and receipts through your account dashboard.
5. Tax Collection
We collect and remit applicable taxes (including sales tax, VAT, and GST) where required by law. The tax amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the nature of the product or service. As the merchant of record, we are responsible for determining tax obligations and ensuring proper tax handling for each transaction.
6. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing your purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and contact systems@theperezcode.com if needed. Digital product access instructions will be included in the confirmation.
7. Policy Updates
These merchant policies may be updated from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.
