Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026

1. Digital Products

All sales of digital products — including downloadable templates, frameworks, SOPs, eBooks, courses, and software tools — are final. Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, we cannot offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us at systems@theperezcode.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Exception requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Membership Subscriptions

Memberships (including PerezCode+ and PerezFans subscriptions) may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to member-only content and benefits for the remainder of the current billing period. No partial refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused portions of a billing period. All membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

3. Services (Consulting & Agency)

For consulting, implementation, and agency services, the following refund policy applies:

  • Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your session or project start date. This deposit is non-refundable as it reserves dedicated time and resources.
  • Cancellations: If you cancel a scheduled session 48 hours or more before the start time, you may receive a full refund of any amounts paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit all amounts paid.
  • Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur the full session fee.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please email systems@theperezcode.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name, order number, and reason for the request. We will respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Exceptions

Nothing in this refund policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. In compliance with applicable laws, refunds may be provided where goods or services are defective, not as described, or fail to meet consumer guarantees. These terms do not affect any rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
