Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Perez Code website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • "Ecosystem" refers to all products, services, and platforms under The Perez Code brand
  • "Products" includes digital books, templates, SOPs, tools, and physical goods
  • "Services" includes consultations, implementations, audits, and memberships
  • "Content" includes text, graphics, code, and materials on our platforms

3. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Purchases and Payments

  • All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Digital products are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation
  • Subscription memberships auto-renew until cancelled
  • You may cancel subscriptions at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

5. Refund Policy

  • Digital Products: All sales are final due to the nature of digital goods. Exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Memberships: Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial billing periods.
  • Services: 50% deposit is non-refundable. Full refund available if cancellation occurs 48+ hours before scheduled session.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, templates, frameworks, and materials provided through the ecosystem are owned by The Perez Code and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a non-transferable license to use purchased products for your business. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malicious code or attempt to breach our systems
  • Share account access or purchased materials with unauthorized parties
  • Use our services for spam, harassment, or illegal activities

8. Limitation of Liability

The Perez Code provides products and services "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our ecosystem. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Perez Code harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your license to use purchased products ceases. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
